About Hometown Housing Trust

The Hometown Housing Trust, Inc. is a broad coalition of Palm Beach County partners committed to solving the housing affordability crisis we face. Together, we are working to create housing opportunities for essential workers in our community, like teachers, first responders, nurses, construction trades, and hospitality service workers that have been priced out of our community.

Voters in Palm Beach County will have the opportunity to pass a $200 million housing bond that represents the first step in a ten-year plan to build 20,000 homes and rental units that are affordable to these essential workers.

The housing bond is step one of a Smart Housing Plan that has been developed through the hard work of committed leaders in our community over the past 16 years.
